Injury, Accident or Loss

It is hereby acknowledged and understood by the PARENTS/GUARDIANS that certain RISKS OF INJURY are inherent to participation in sports and recreational activities. These types of injuries may be minor or serious and may result from one’s actions, or the actions or inactions of others, or a combination of both. PARENTS/GUARDIANS who register campers agree that Del Active Sports Camp (the “Camp”) its proprietors, and/or De La Salle College ‘Oaklands’ will not be held responsible for any injury, accident or loss however caused, and agree to release the proprietors from all claims or damage which may arise as a result of such injury, accident or loss. In the event of the inability to contact any Parent/Guardian or Emergency contact, the Parents/Guardians give the Camp permission to seek out any necessary medical assistance their child may require while attending the program.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing (i.e. fax, letter or e-mail) to the Camp office.

NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS for cancellations made less than 3 weeks prior to the scheduled start of the registered week to be cancelled, unless accompanied by a doctor’s note. If the cancellation is made more than 3 weeks prior to the start of the registered week to be cancelled, a full refund will be provided less a $50.00 administration fee. ALL cancellations, including those for medical reasons, are subject to a $50.00 administration fee per camper.

Late pick-up fees

Any child picked up past 5:20 pm without being part of the extended stay program will be charged $20 for the day of extended stay. Excessive cases will be handled as they occur.

Photo Release

All photos and/or videos taken of campers during camp may be used for future promotions, advertising and marketing purposes. If you do not to wish to have your child in photos and/or videos owned by the Camp, please contact us.

Program Cancellation

Please be advised that any program may be cancelled at anytime due to insufficient camper numbers and/or any other reason that may result in the unsuccessful delivery of a program. If a cancellation occurs there will be a full refund, including registration fees, and Lunch and Expended Stay Program fees for the week cancelled.

Privacy

All registration information is private information for camp purposes only.

Camper Dismissal

If at any time a camper displays conduct that is deemed unsafe or harmful to oneself, other campers, staff or property, the camp holds the right to withdraw the camper from our program with no refund.
